A Learning Circle provides a structured and inspiring environment where leaders come together to learn from each other, tackle challenges, and gain insights. Through tailored masterclasses, guided peer learning, coaching and collaborative exploration, you’ll build a trusted network of leaders to exchange ideas, share challenges, and unlock new solutions.

We know that offering leaders a confidential safe space to explore issues means that leadership feels less lonely and more fulfilling. Who Is This For?
Groups of Leaders at the same/similar level (max 15 leaders per group)
- Emerging Leaders
Upcoming or new leaders with less than 2 years of leadership experience. - Experienced Leaders
Mid-level leaders with 2–10 years of leadership experience. - Executive Leaders
Senior leaders with 10+ years of experience.
What to Expect & How It Works
We start with a Masterclass in each session. This 45 min masterclass is offered in each learning circle on topics similar to these pitched at the appropriate leadership level:

- The Coaching Leader – How to Lead like a Coach.
- Know Yourself, Lead Better – Increasing self awareness and your effectiveness.
- Leading with Empathy – Moving to compassionate leadership while driving performance.

- Creating Teams That Thrive – High performance and meaningful connection
- Navigating Diverse Team Dynamics – Reducing the impacts of team friction
- Steering Teams Through Uncertainty – How change and ambiguity can benefit your team
We then move into our Learning Circles. Each member shares a challenge and the group provides coaching through questions to help the member unlock their answer. Guidelines are provided in advance, along with ideas about the best questions to ask.
1:1 Coaching
Each member receives two 1:1 coaching sessions through the year. You choose your coach from our coaching panel.
12 months membership
Our 12 months membership means you can join at anytime throughout the year. This gives you flexibility and also certainty around our scheduled activities. Your leadership level is determined based on your years of experience. Leaders in your circle are from a diverse range of industries and backgrounds, enriching the circle experience.
