Across Warakirri Asset Management, Warakirri Cropping, and Aurora Dairies, we delivered a year-long Women’s Leadership Development Pathway combining workshops, profiling, coaching, mentoring, and action projects launched on International Women’s Day. Outcomes have been powerful: women now represent 41% of employees (up five percentage points year-on-year), engagement scores place Warakirri in the top quartile of the global financial sector, and turnover remains at just 9%. A visible, confident leadership pipeline is now shaping the next chapter of Warakirri’s success.
Royal Australian College of General Practitioners — Strengthening Business Partnering
At the RACGP, we worked with the Finance and Corporate Affairs team to strengthen trust, awareness, and collaboration through the Clarity 4D framework. Leaders explored how their working styles influenced communication and performance. A wider session with 40 team members followed, focused on stakeholder engagement and business partnering. The result was a more connected, deliberate, and collaborative team culture.
Monash University — Empowering Leaders Across Diverse Faculties
Our partnership with Monash University spans multiple faculties and professional divisions. From team building with executive groups and trust workshops in Law, to coaching and internal consulting programs with HR and People & Culture, our work has strengthened cohesion and capability across the university. Aware Super — Leading with Deliberate Clarity
For Aware Super, we delivered The Leadership Lane and The Deliberate Leader Program — both tailored to the organisation’s context and culture. Focused on mid-level leaders, the programs developed self-awareness, trust, and coaching skills, while equipping leaders to manage complexity and performance with confidence. Kardinia Park Stadium Trust — Embedding a Leadership Culture
Kogan Pty Ltd — Coaching Leaders to Lead Differently
At Kogan, we delivered the Leader as Coach program to 50 leaders across the business. The program centred on self-awareness, trust, and coaching as a core leadership habit. Leaders practiced high-impact communication, collaboration, and resilience through workshops, group mentoring, and one-to-one coaching. The outcome: a stronger leadership culture where empowerment replaced direction and performance became shared responsibility.
SecondBite — Building Team Awareness and Trust
More than 30 leaders at SecondBite took part in our Team Dynamics workshops, exploring the diversity of working styles within their teams. These sessions deepened trust and collaboration while celebrating cognitive diversity as a strength. The result is a leadership group better equipped to communicate, collaborate, and deliver impact together.
Windermere — Designing a Bespoke Leadership Journey
Partnering with Windermere Family Services, we co-designed a bespoke Leadership Development Program for 50 senior and mid-level leaders. Drawing on their Leadership Capability Framework, the program integrates self-awareness, trust, design thinking, and psychological safety — alongside our Leader as Coach and Team Dynamics sessions. The result is a unified leadership culture that models empathy, accountability, and deliberate growth — shaping how Windermere serves its communities.
Australian Energy Market Operator — Empowering Leaders and Driving Equity
Over three years, we’ve partnered with AEMO to deliver Elevate Your Impact and Leading @ AEMO — programs that together shape the organisation’s leadership culture.
Elevate Your Impact has supported 60 leaders to grow confidence, courage, and visibility, helping AEMO reach its 40% women’s representation target two years early. Today, women make up 60% of the Board, ~50% of executives, and 58% of graduates.
Leading @ AEMO, delivered to more than 200 leaders, embeds AEMO’s values into daily leadership practice — aligning mindset, language, and behaviour across the organisation. The result is a leadership culture that’s inclusive, consistent, and future-focused.
University of Melbourne — Fostering Collaboration and Accountability
Partnering with the School of Health Sciences, we’ve supported leaders at the University of Melbourne through programs focused on trust, collaboration, and accountability. Senior leaders engaged in trust and performance workshops, while professional staff explored working styles and team behaviours through our Team Dynamics sessions. The outcome is a more cohesive culture that strengthens engagement and shared purpose across the school.
Clemenger Group — Leadership at Scale
Over three years, more than 300 leaders across the Clemenger Group, Traffik, and Clemenger Retail Services have participated in The Leadership Lane (now The Deliberate Leader Program). The program focuses on self-awareness, trust, and psychological safety — helping leaders lead with authenticity and alignment. Through mentoring and peer learning, Clemenger has built a shared leadership language that supports creativity, collaboration, and resilience across its network.
GloBird Energy — From Start-Up to Scale-Up
As GloBird Energy transitioned from start-up to scale-up, we provided interim HR executive support, coaching, and our Leader as Coach program. This partnership strengthened leadership capability and alignment, helping the organisation scale sustainably without losing its entrepreneurial energy or culture. The result is a leadership team equipped to guide growth with clarity and confidence.
Lavazza Australia — Building a High-Performing Leadership Team
Partnering with Lavazza Australia, we delivered the Deliberate Leader Program to the Senior Leadership Team. Across six months, leaders participated in workshops, coaching, and learning circles — supported by a high-performing teams benchmark to measure impact. The program has strengthened cohesion, trust, and alignment within the team, laying the foundation for a culture of sustained high performance.
